How we ship your purchase
We will ship your purchase using UPS. Depending on the country we will ship with UPS standard service or UPS express saver. If you have special requirements please contact us. If possible we will ship your purchase on the same working day once we receive the payment. We will however always ship your package within two working days once we receive the payment. You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number of your shipment.
Your shipment and customs
We ship all our products from The Netherlands. Once we export products outside the European Union we will add a customs invoice that travels with your package. The customs invoice will state the description and value of your shipment and the Taric code of the products. We will state that our products are made in the European Union with will reduce the amount of customs duties for many countries. However it might be that your country will charge you import duties and /or value added taxes. If you have any questions about these please contact us.
Returning your product
We give a 4 year guarantee on all our products except power adapters and cables. The guarantee period starts when you purchase your product from us.
Our products are extremely well tested, robust and will operate for many years. It might however be that your product has a manufacturing problem or some other issue please contact us immediately. We will of course repair or replace your product free of charge during the period of your guarantee. We also realize that you use our product in many time-critical situations like theatre shows or other installations. If you have a problem with one of our products please contact us so we can find the best solution for the problem at hand.
Dutch customers have the right to evaluate our product for 14 days. If you do not like our product during this period please contact us so arrange for pickup of the product and we will refund the amount once we receive the returned and undamaged product.
