Hi,
One idea would be to use a cheep 72ch demux that can kick out 72 ways of 
0-10v with enfugh clout to drive a relay. Ill post a link later

Also google for milford instruments and look at their dmx section they 
have verious dmx interfaces from relays,pwm motor drivers ,mp3 
players,video switchers and audio mixers all driven from dmx
