I'm not aware of any DMX relay packs on the market that do simply "flip
a switch" without providing current, only switch packs that provide
mains output on/off. So, most probably, some sort of relay should be
used for each output. (You wouldn't want 230V mains anywher near a
fountain anyway). That's how I command my non-dmx fog machine (most
recently discussed here), using 1 channel of a simple Botex 4ch switch
pack that commands a relay to simulate a pushbutton. But you're
definitely right to suggest going that way, with only 1 LanBox.
