I don't have MAX, but if I understand you correctly that the "program of
the patch" will run on computers without MAX, I'm eagerly awaiting it.
We use software called "Sound Cue System" to play pre-recorded sound
cues and it can send MIDI messages in addition to sound playback. I'd
love to integrate lighting "Go Next" cues into SCS so that a single
operator can press a single GO button for all light and sound cues. (The
operator's computer is often not close enough to the lanbox to run a
MIDI cable even if the computer had a physical MIDI port.)
