figuring out high cue numbers translated into midi program banks and
changes since doing it in my head was always too hard :)
For anyone using Digital Performer, full pop-up patchlists to access the
entire set of cues (including Go Next/Prev, etc.) is already there!
They are available by doing the following:
In Audio Midi Setup, create a MIDI device, select "MidiLite" as the
Manufacturer, and then "LanBox LCX" as the device. This will give you
the pop-up patchlists in Digital Performer for a LanBox. Then you don't
have to do any math at all, just select (for example) "Cue 348" and it
will send the appropriate Bank Select/Program Change. Likewise, you'll
also have "Go Next Step", etc.
