[LCtalk] live use of Midi-controller

Hello List,

Is there anyone who is currently using a midi-fader board in a live 
situation, with intelligent fixtures? I'm looking for the live concert 
situations (outside theater).

If so, I am very interested in the set-up, layers and sort of cue used 
to be able to respond fast to the music!

I'm trying to find the best set-up for easy live running of shows for 
'unknown' artists.
So I need to be flexible in creating the right atmosphere.

I'm using a macbook, LCX, Yamaha O1V(overkill, but hey, it works!)

Anyone?
