LCedit+ knows what the current cuelist is, and does a Go xxx.0 With
MIDI controller 21+53 you set the current cuelist for that layer, and
the controller 86 is the step and the actually Go. So a Go .0 could
be done with controller 86, but it goes to the last used cuelist as
set with controller 21+53.
And is it possible to do a next/previous CUELIST, instead of the
next/previous CUESTEP (which is midi controller 90/91)
Yes, with controller 115/116 or bank select 127 + program change 2/3
