A backup is an extra safety (as you backup your computer), normally all
cues are saved in the box after "Save LanBox Data". When editing cues,
you get a dialog not to forget "Save LanBox Data", so you can pick a
convenient time to do the save (it takes some time to do the save).
The edited cuelists -before- saving lanboxdata are still in the box as
long as there is power on the lanbox, right? So, shutting down the
computer (or putting it to sleep) without saving lanbox data should
cause no problem? (but of course it is alway wise to do a quick
'command-shift-S')
