[LCtalk] Addressing cuelists higher than 127 with midi

I'm using midi to control my Lanbox and the LD has used cuelists 200-400 
in our current production. I am now triggering cuelist 1- 80 using 
controller 53 for the cuelist and controller 86 for the cue number 
within the cue list.

Midi controllers only go to 127 so how would I access the higher 
cuelists with controller 53?

And as another question, I may use a midi GO command to step through the 
cuelists once I've called them up. That would save me time. What would 
be the best midi command to use for executing GO?
