I don't see v2.09 on your site. I checked the downloads page before I 
emailed and it says that "Firmware v2.06 is included with LCedit+ v3.4." 
so I downgraded from v2.08 to v2.06 after sending my email to see if 
that would help. It didn't.

I did the erase lanbox and restore steps several times and occasionally 
I was able to get the triangle to pop up cuelists but it didn't last.

I think I may have to go through cuelists and figure out what's worth 
saving and restore only the bare minimum.

Is there any way to extract comments from a cuelist backup file on my 
computer? I seem to recall that the levels could be read in a text 
editor but not the comments. It'd be easier if I could go through the 
backup files at home rather than having to do it at the theatre.
