Place at least one fixture on the second interface, select it, and open 
new monitor window.

BTW Once you have more then one interface, a Interface popup appears in 
the fixture setup window, so you can choose on what interface the 
fixture is placed. On the stage if you select a fixture of another 
interface, the control and Cuelist edit windows are following 
automatically (the window title is updated to the newly chosen 
interface).
