When the bottom layer (blue) is set to Transparency with a depth of 92% and the top layer fades to nothing the blue from the bottom layer fades in as if it were cross faded in one layer. This is very flexible in my application. There is absolutely no difference between transparency usage via LCedit+, or MIDI. However keep in mind that in order that transparency can work, the channel should always be active in -a- lower layer. Maybe you have in LCedit+ the blue or red channel activated, but did not do a Save LanBox data? Anyway after reboot, to switch your LCM to MIDI, non saved active channels are gone.
