Hello List, I found an old topic in the archives concerning the use of keypad keys on an apple. e.g. assigning the k or l key to * or / http://www.lanbox.com/support/Talk-Archive/msg-02105.html LCedit's key handling is just a bit odd internally though, to be able to easily support strange key-combos like option-pageup or control-shift-F3 etc... I just checked however, and noticed that for global key handling (including the first CLI char) and the cuelist editor I use the key code (which key was pressed) rather than character code (which text is associated with this) which is probably the reason Ukelele doesn't work. Fixing this would be a bit tricky though... hmm It would probably be better to just allow various keys to be customized in some future version of LCedit. Is there any news on this topic, has anyone found a way of doing this, or is it not yet possible? Regards, Peter
