[LCtalk] Notification for wiki

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can receive a notification for changes, without 
publishing my emailadres to the world (and every spammer out there).  In 
Twiki it says this in "notifications":

This is a subscription service to be automatically notified by e-mail 
when topics change in this Main web. This is a convenient service, so 
you do not have to come back and check all the time if something has 
changed. To subscribe, please add a bullet with your WikiName in 
alphabetical order to this list:

TWikiGuest - example@your.company
"""

But to me that seems unwise.
