Hello Lanbox List,

I am trying to create a cue that will clear a Lanbox LCE with Layers A - I. I have created the following cue, however, the cue only works when running it twice. The first time it freezes all layers in their current state but shows an output of 0.0 on all layers. All channels are disconnected from the layers but still at their last value. Is there a better way to create a "Kill all" cue?

No, not really, but I think it should be:

// Cuelist 9 (11 steps), stored 8/6/2007 1:15 PM
  show d01 for 0.75s
  go 0.0 in layer C
  go 0.0 in layer D
  go 0.0 in layer E
  go 0.0 in layer F
  go 0.0 in layer G
  go 0.0 in layer H
  go 0.0 in layer I
  go 0.0 in layer B
  show d02 for ever

:d01
    1[000]    2[000]    3[000]    4[000]    5[000]    6[255]
 Cue Truncated 1-512 at [000]

:d02 6[255]

The difference is that all layers get the time to become 0, before you clear all but channel 6.

Note: be careful with cues using all 512 channels, the limit of active channels on a LCE is 1024 (total of all active channels on all layers)!
