in reading this i forgot i had made this page some time ago, which might 
be of a little assistance to anyone using midi with the lanbox:  (or 
not, either way i'll put it out there)

someone should check it to make sure i have the code correct but, 
because i also use the lanbox with midi changes and cubase uses 
different numbering for CC vs PC, it was making my brain break.  just 
select the way your midi host numbers things with the radio buttons and 
then enter a cue #.  (CC #01 is BankSelMSB or Program Bank, or whatever 
your host calls it)
