If you start it the terminal window should first let you choose a device or IP:

generating a file at the same directory as LcFlashDump is:

lrx: ready to receive /Users/fokko/Development/REALbasic/RB2/LanBox

If it's not working as above, check your OSX system, or installed Perl.
