Yes, you missed this sentence:

"* In order to make the usage of wings easier, we added a few pseudo 
CLI commands. These pseudo commands can only be used within the 
keystroke editor:"

So the u and v CLI are still there, but in the keystroke editor this 
new pseudo commands can be used, so that you only need to send arrow 
up/dwn to change the field value.
