[LCtalk] 3.4 Problem?

I just got a new Mac Book Pro and I am trying to install lcedit_plus 
3.4.  My computer thinks that the program is a document and not an 
application. Is this maybe a bad zip file or is it something else?  I 
tried 3.3 and it shows up as an application. Any guess?
