So far, yes. It's has near everything you should expect from a wiki 
system, including many options (plug-ins). It does NOT use php 
(security issues), but perl. It has a good ACS (access control 
system), and is reasonable fast.

Further it looks good initially, can be fully customized, and from 
Rainer (he write some pages) I understand that writing pages is easy, 
and has enough features.
