Duplicate your LCX Cmd set, and change the first line from 
"LanBoxCmds for LCX v1.x" to "LanBoxCmds for LCE v1.x"

Custom presets can be erased/edited by double clicking on the 
fixture, and go to the preset tab. Presets which are included with a 
fixture definition can be changed with the library editor.
