From what I read it could work (on Windows only), but I would prefer a new LanBox-LCE + a cheap access point. A little more expensive, but much faster and fully compatible with your LCX. A cheaper way would be to use an wireless USB to ethernet tool, the Silex SX 2000 WG - but than I would have to convert the USB into serial with something like a Belkin USB to serial Adapter ( comes with an mini DIN 8 pol) -
