Is there noch such thing as a TCP/IP to Apple talk converter?

Not that I know, it should be TCP to ADSP which are more or less the same (very roughly).

Another thing that comes to my mind: What exactly is the serial protokoll of the LC called? There are a couple of Wireless ethernet to serial adapters available, maybe that would do the trick?

You mean over the RS232 connection? It's plain ASCII text commands, so a wireless ethernet to RS232 adapter could maybe work. It's also depending how they have implemented on your computer side.
