I was live editing in layer D, with the default settings - apart from 
possibly having disabled fades. All other layers were empty except a "new" 
layer with no name at the top to contol the two hazers... ;-)

I had been trying out the always enabled "Replace" button too, though it 
didn't seem to work as I expected and I gave up on it. If you actually are 
in edit mode and you press it, it doen't seem to refresh the cuelist 
editor with the changes.

In all honesty I'm a bit vague about the details since it was a very long 
and tiring plotting session and I can't remember too much about it!!!
