That's genuinely odd... I can't imagine any way of that happening.
Ok - perhaps "random" was the wrong word. When the edit bug strikes, the
resultant lighting state *appears* to be the sum (or difference) of two
or more other states, or the difference between what was there before
and the new stare. This might explain the MAC500 reset, since reset is
on the same channel as shutter open/close.
If possible however, try to record this info when you notice the bug
again:
1. what was the last action (or last few actions) you took before you
noticed things were wrong?
2. what state is the cuelist editor in? (loaded, modified, stored)
what did you last do to the selected step? is the scene data shown
right?
3. what state is the layer in? do the channels match what's supposed
to be in the cuelist?
