[LCtalk] Edit bug - fixed

We think we fixed the live editing bug.  Before we do a full release, 
we're making a prerelease available for download here:

These are just the bare applications, which you should place inside an 
existing LCedit+ v3.4 folder.


Other changes are:

- Replacing a step is now permitted in run mode, for quick patching of 
existing cuelists.  We called this "on-the-fly edit".

- When in run mode, clicking the edit button while holding down the 
option/alt key will prevent attaching to a cuelist editor, hence will 
get you into single-step edit rather than live editing mode.

- When going into live editing mode, the cuelist editor *always* reloads 
the cuelist, to make sure it is up-to-date.
