[LCtalk] Midi wireless remote control

Hallo list,

Fokko has done an excellent job on the PDA software for the LCX. You can 
use it with any wifi equipped Palm or Windows Mobile PDA. I use a small HP 
ipaq 1950 and it turns the the PDA in a great Midi wireless remotecontrol. 
Just a few examples: control your digital Mixers ( e.g Yamaha 01V96 or 02R 
) via Prg.Chang commands from any place in the studio, start/stop Logic 
audio wireless from your vocal recording booth, change Prgs of your 
midiexpanders and so on.

Apart from the midi aspect, we use the wifi PDA to setup the lights without 
having one person to stand on the desk while another one focuses the lights 
- one person can do it with the PDA hanging around his neck all by himself.
