I tryed to find out how these (Edit, Output and Solo) attributes worked. Is it like this:
(Edit) When edit is enabled the value can be set and will be directly output to the mixer.
(Output) Makes it sure the cue is output to the mixer.

No.

Or is it like this:
(Edit) When edit is enabled the value can be set and will be output to the mixer when output is enabled.

No.

Setting a layer in edit mode halts the sequencer. It will not execute any type of step other than scenes, and it will never automatically go to the next step. Fading is still done normally.

The layer being in edit mode is also a requirement to be able to do live editing via that layer. (In the LCedit+ 3.4.1 beta we enabled the "Replace Step" button also in run mode, but when you press it, it actually sets the layer in edit mode, replaces the step, then goes back to run mode)

(Output) Makes that all values from cue or edit are output to the mixer.

Yes. Specifically, if the layer has output enabled, then channels in the layer which have their output flag set (the little green button) will be included in the mixing process.

If layer output is disabled, it's not included in the mixing process, so the layer has no effect on DMX output.

time of a step, it never automatically goes to the next step).

(Solo) Makes a single! channel solo and shuts the others in the engine off from output.

When the layer has solo mode enabled, only channels with the solo flag set (the little red button) will be output to the mixer. This is analogous to the same feature in audio programs, though I'm not sure if there's actually someone on this planet who uses it for lighting ;-)
