[LCtalk] Layers and control cues

Hello all,

In the talk archives I have found how to reset, clear and create an unnamed 
layer in LC edit+.

I created a controlcue to reset all the layers to the setup I work with, 
including transparency and add setting. This way I can start any show with 
a clean sheet. (even if some nitwit messes up the layers)
The only thing I did not find is how to create a layer with a layer ID, and 
to keep it locked from autodeleting. Is this possible?

so the idea is to run a controlcue e.g. g99zz and then all the layers are 
created or resetted and set to the settings I would like them.
