2. They could now be dynamically reordered, deleted, and created up to a
maximum of 31 layers.
3. Rather than getting fixed IDs, they could be assigned one of 63 IDs
(A-Z,AA-AZ,BA-BK), or be left without one.
So while there are 64 different layer IDs (including none), the actual
limit (currently) is 31 simultaneous layers at any given time.
One thing i do not understand is how do you order the layers in the Lanbox
itself. I did not see any commands for it or find out how to do that.
