Hello guys and possibly some woman,

First of all, and its strange to say, but I do not own a Lanbox. I wish id did but I do not have money and light to control. So I look a lot at websites to learn stuff and I work in a theatre. There I always do the lighting.

What I wanted to say about everything I read the last few days is the following. A lot of thing about interface that are said are in my opinion true. I tested the interface of LCedit and noticed the same things that are said.

One thing about the manual is the following. If I see there is big community using the Lanbox why isn't there a Wiki or something like that. In that way the community that supports Lanbox and its work can build the manual together. I have given this idea before but I hope al lot of you guys support it. In that way we can show to Matthijs and Fokko that we also like to help and we can organise all the data.

If you read all the e-mails you get by the list you learn a lot about the product. These things can be put in a Wiki.

Some other thing is this. I am a software developer and maybe there are a lot more software developers. If together you can make new and refreshed interface it might be a good solution to the dissatisfaction. No right from the start but it would possibly help.

The main thing that makes Lanbox Lanbox is that it is a always developing product and that there are a lot of Lanbox users communicating together.

I hope one day I can work with the Lanbox for real and for know keep the work going.

Matthias
