Hello,

Thanks for all comments and suggestions to improve our products and 
documentation, we appreciate it and we will use it in future releases 
as much as possible. However, It will always be a tradeoff between 
cost and usability, I'll explain:

As we strive to sell products with as much features as possible, 
against the lowest price, we think features and stability is more 
important then fantastic manuals, brochures, etc. So we added the 
last two years many new features in LCedit+, as well in the LanBox 
firmware. You can image that when we made the prefect documentation 
(against high cost) two years ago, it was useless now.

We think that all improvements are of more importance then the 
perfect documentation, but I agree it can be a bit frustrating when 
you are new. Anyway there are a lot of new features on the request 
list, and we also must keep up with the constant changing of OSes 
(talking about unfinished products ;-), so we have plenty of work to 
do.
