It could be an idea the hire a student, who can write a manual for his/her 
work experience ( stage in Dutch ). There are enough interaction design 
studies in The Netherlands ( university and university of professional 
education ).

I'm working at an Art & Technology study, if you're interested I could 
always place some a "looking for internship ad". Although I think a 
communication student would be a better option ( however a student with some 
technical knowledge, background wouldn't be a bad idea ).

I think the Lanbox is a great device with great (endless) possibilities for 
it price. If you read the list, you'll get a lot of tips. But if you can get 
somebody who can bundle all that information it would be great of course.
