I'll add briefly that I figured out how to make the lanbox work for my needs 
and I'm glad I bought it.

That being said, it seems the manual was written by the engineer/designer. 
Without a technical writer, and with what appears to be a number of 
assumptions by engineer/designer/programmer, the product is harder to learn 
than it needs to be.  In my opinion, the potential income lost by not having 
an easier to understand product is very little compared to an investment in 
a technical writer and a well designed manual.

With a more intuitive and finished interface and a well written manual, the 
product would more than pay for those investments within a reasonable amount 
of time.  The website is a great start.

Just a couple thoughts.  Keep up the great  product & support Fokko & crew!
