Where would I find that formula? It would be very helpful to be able
to program all of the different patterns from a fixed starting point.
It isn't a LanBox secret is it?
It's surely not a LanBox secret, it's a well known mathematical
phenomenon called a Lissajous curve. You can find the formula at Wikipedia:
