[LCtalk] LanBox + pd + switchpack ?

hello all,

I am a newbie to DMX and LanBox.  I have a LanBox LCE, a 12 channel DMX 
switchpack (skytec).

What I want to achieve seemed fairly simple at first: Sending on/off 
signals from pd, via LanBox to the switchpack, so I can control motors 
from my pd patch.  There are tons of text available on DMX and Lanbox, 
but I can't find the answer to my question.  Is there a good example for 
this?

I tried the 'lanbox.help.pd' patch. There is a connection between pd and 
LanBox.  Now I have no idea what commands to send for simply switching 
the switchpack channels on and off...
