No, I believe that you have misunderstood my request.  My request does 
not affect any layers, it is when (blind) editing a cue in the cue list 
editor that I want to load the prev. or next cue - for editing only.  It 
would be a short cut that emulated 'selecting the previous/next cuelist 
in the dropdown menu and pressing load' only.

Alt + PgUp/PgDown while blind editing a cuelist has no effect in the 
cuelist editor, it works on the currently selected layer.
