[LCtalk] use Digital Performer

Hi all.
For me it's the first time in this "LanBox World".
To enter in this world I have bought a LCX and two 788LD+.
I have a Pismo (500Mhz 768 ram). It's works fine by USB.

I'm italian and I'm a puppeter.
With LCedit+ 3.4 lights works very well, but I need to sync audio and 
lights at the same time with a simple touch on the space bar as in 
LCedit+ for the lights.
The gentle Fokko indicate me, some weeks ago, to use Digital 
Performer to send a MIDI message to the LCX.
I have a copy of DP (4.61) but I don't understand anything to use DP 
for this aim.
I have imported the sound file in DP as .mov and now?

How I must proceed? How I can put the music in my cuelist?
In the help section I don't found elements to help me.
Maybe because I'm italian and my english is terrible.
