Hi all, I am setting up some scenes on my LCX for use in a show in a few weeks time. Some of the dance scenes are timed to run alongside pre-recorded music on CD. With prior versions of the firmware to v2.06 I have had to use 'show scene for x.x' commands to padd out the sections to the correct length, but this is a pain as you might need three or four 'show' commands to get the correct interval due to the inherent rounding. Now with 2.06 we have the clock function that allows me to initialise the clock to 0 and then hold until a time is reached. Is this a reasonable use for the clock function? I don't want it to stop working in the middle of a show... Below is an example scene coded this way...The clock is set to base channel 1040 in global settings. NB: I found that I need to clear the layer in order to start the clock running after setting it. Is this correct?
