[LCtalk] LcEdit 3.4 cue list column numbering

Hi,

I have noticed that in the 3.4 version of LcEdit that sometimes the 
first or last column in the cuelist editor doesn't get numbered when 
using 4 digit channels.
e.g.
I use ch. 1030 -> 1033 in a cue to control my dual CD player.
If I select the 'active channels only' button four columns are displayed 
but only 1031->1034 are numbered.
If I deselect the 'active channels only' button and scroll right until 
all active channels are displayed the last column does not get numbered.

Not a big issue, just odd as there is enough space to include the number?
