Correct, he'll need to provide you with the IP address, net mask, and gateway address that you need to configure the LanBox. He may also need to open up TCP port 777 in the firewall to that IP address, or do a NAT mapping, whichever is applicable. I do not know how network savvy the administrator I will be working with is. Is this something that most administrators should know about?
