Thanks but deleting the preferences doesn't work for me though it is one
of the 1st steps to take. I actually reformatted my drive and did a new
install of Logic and everything else I needed.I have a unique situation
in that I use Logic for a live show and my "song" is an entire act that
will be 1200 bars or so. The only way I seem to have success is start
with a new fresh "autoload" and copy all the data over to that. I think
the "song" gets corrupted after hours of editing in pre pro. In fact
some "experts" recommend a fresh autoload with every Logic update. It's
a real time consuming pain for me as I have over 2 1/2 hours of music in
4 acts to transfer.

But my LCX is working very well. I saved with a light scene and tested
it and am confident that I will now have a scene if it powers down and
back up. I'm still testing my power but I have ruled out the PSU as a
problem.
