[LCtalk] Sensor schematic

I want to make a few sensors to trigger cues. Is there a simple 
schematic that shows exactly how to make a simple switch. I'm sure it is 
very straight forward and simple, I just want to make sure I got it 
straight. I wouldn't want to damage my LCX.

BTW if your planning on doing the same I found these sub-d break out 
boards that will make the project a bit easier.
