It's incoming MTC detect/sync to trigger cues/chases/shows.
And if I am not mistaken you could also send Raw midi data out,
coupled to a cue, triggered by incoming timecode?
Yes, only on a LCX or LCM.
BTW A LanBox-LCE can run in layer sync via UDP with a LCX, which in
turn is synced by MTC
