Hear hear.  I've always been very pleased with the LanBox, since my 
original LCL (I now own an LCX).  While I've had the occasional problem, 
and I've had the occasional quibble about how the software works, I am 
very happy with the experience overall.  For a company of their size, 
and in fact for a company of any size, CDS does an amazing job with 
support.  Questions are responded to well outside of business hours, the 
response is always technically correct, and any report of a bug is 
checked and fixed near immediately.  You'll never see this level of 
service with any other lighting board manufacturer that I'm aware of, 
and I've dealt with many.  Add to that the fact that the LanBox is very 
inexpensive compared to any other lighting board with anywhere near its 
feature set, and there's not a chance anyone should be complaining.

Can users have different opinions about what could be done to improve 
LCEdit+? Sure.  But please phrase it constructively, and please ask 
questions to understand fully how it works as it is before criticizing.  
We just saw recently how CDS was very willing to implement an important 
change to theatre users based on a user request and consulting this 
list.  We need to make sure it stays this way.  In criticizing LCEdit+, 
I think users forget to be grateful for what they've already got.  Fokko 
and Matthijs, I commend you and thank you for your work, and I think 
most of the list would agree with me here.
