[LCtalk] New User midi question

Got my Lanbox and I'm trying to figure out how to trigger cues using 
midi program changes. I've looked at the manuals and I now have a 
headache.

Is there a protocol for numbering? Like Cue 1.1 is triggered by bank 
select  1, program 1? Will Cue 2.2 be triggered by bank select 2, 
program 2, etc...Can this even be done? If so , will it work right 
out of the box or is there a command set I need to get it working?

And is there a "manual" with examples and suggestions. I can't even 
find what to use as a midi "go" command. The archives are nice but 
there's no way to search them. Search goes through the entire site.
