Move de fixture on the stage a bit, set the windows to your size, and 
save; window sizes are now saved.

Yes, it can. You need to record 5 macros, and e.g. assign them to 
F1-F5 keystrokes.

You can't make CLIs, only Macros for LanBox commands, and Keystrokes 
to assign a single key to one or more key commands. The keys overview 
can be found in LCeditPlus_reference.pdf, page 23.
