| Subject: | [LCtalk] Store Lcedit+ windows on PC? |

Hello,
probably a strange question, but here it is: I want somebody to control
a smokemachine, two DMX channels, out of Lcedit - and nothing else. This
person does not really know how to operate a laptop and should not be
bothered by anything else but the smokemachine. I tried to setup Lcedit
with just one little part of the controlpanel window open, showing
nothing but a row of buttons from a smokemachine - fixture I made. The
problem is, I cannot get LCedit to store that window setup, it always
opens with a full window and no fixture in the control panel window.
Any suggestions?
Or would it be better, to work with Cli commands and the keystroke
editor, to have some keys send out something like 5 different settings
for the smokemachine? That would be all that's needed. And where in the
manuals can I find more info on how to make Cli Commands?
