Hey Matthijs, Thanks for your explanation. LCedit's key handling is just a bit odd internally though, to be able to easily support strange key-combos like option-pageup or control-shift-F3 etc... I just checked however, and noticed that for global key handling (including the first CLI char) and the cuelist editor I use the key code (which key was pressed) rather than character code (which text is associated with this) which is probably the reason Ukelele doesn't work. Fixing this would be a bit tricky though... hmm But why does it work with windows XP ( as Paul told me).then ? Because it uses drivers? It would probably be better to just allow various keys to be customized in some future version of LCedit. That'd be a way to support any kind of keylayout, right, be it japanese, dutch, azerty etc., so makes sense any way you look at it. For me, that would really help me speed up the workflow (and allow the use of an external keypad/programmable keyboard), so thanx for considering it. Thnx Dennis
