Look at e.g page 30, it describes the engineGo command with the example:

* 56 01 01 2C 04 #
Start Cue List 300 in engine A (01) at Cue Step 4

So if you just send the ASCII string "*5601012C04#" (without quotes) 
to the box, layer A will Go instant to 300.4 (if this cue exists).
